Working Process

1. Raw Material Feeding

Wood logs, tree trunks, branches, bamboo, timber waste, and other wood materials are loaded onto the feeding belt conveyor.

2. Automatic Feeding

Heavy-duty hydraulic or mechanical feeding rollers firmly grip the wood and feed it continuously into the cutting chamber at a controlled speed.

3. Chipping Process

Inside the machine, a high-speed rotating drum equipped with hardened alloy blades cuts the wood into uniform wood chips or wood powder. The sharp cutting blades ensure efficient processing with minimal power consumption.

4. Material Discharge

The finished wood chips or wood powder are discharged through the output conveyor for easy collection and transportation.

5. Ready for Further Processing
