Our Biomass Drying System is a high-efficiency industrial drying solution designed to reduce the moisture content of biomass materials for briquetting, pelletizing, biomass power plants, and other industrial applications. Using advanced Turbo Drying Technology, the system delivers fast, uniform, and energy-efficient drying with low operating costs.

Wet biomass is fed through a Screw Conveyor into a Drying Pipeline, where it is mixed with hot air generated by a Hot Air Furnace. An ID Fan carries the material through the pipeline, rapidly removing moisture. The dried biomass is then separated and collected by a Cyclone Separator.

The system is suitable for drying sawdust, wood chips, wood powder, rice husk, bagasse, groundnut shells, cotton stalks, agricultural waste, forestry waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), corn cobs, and other biomass residues.

Our Biomass Drying System efficiently reduces input moisture up to 30–40% to an ideal output moisture of 8–15%, ensuring optimum performance for briquetting and pellet production.

Dryer Working Process
  1. Raw Material Feeding: Wet biomass is fed into the dryer through a feeding hopper or screw conveyor.
  2. Material Conveying: The screw conveyor continuously transfers the material into the drying chamber.
  3. Hot Air Drying: A hot air furnace generates high-temperature air, which rapidly removes moisture from the biomass.
  4. Cyclone Separation: The dried biomass is separated from the hot air and collected for further processing.
  5. Dust Collection: Fine dust is captured by the air pollution control system before clean air is released.
  6. Ready for Production: The dried biomass is ready for briquetting, pelletizing, biomass boilers, and other industrial applications.
