Designed for maximum efficiency and durability, the machine processes raw materials such as sawdust, rice husk, bagasse, groundnut shells, wood waste, cotton stalks, and other crop residues. Using high-pressure compaction of up to 2000 kg/cm², it produces high-calorific biomass briquettes without any binders or chemicals, as natural lignin acts as the binding agent.
Raw Materials
Forest Waste: Sawdust, sander dust, wood chips, tree bark, bamboo waste, veneer waste, and other forestry residues.
Agricultural Waste: Rice husk, groundnut shells, coconut shells, cotton stalks, sugarcane trash, wheat straw, paddy straw, maize waste, corn cobs, and other crop residues.
Industrial & Municipal Waste: Paper waste, bagasse, RDF, municipal solid waste (MSW), and other combustible waste.

How to Produce briquettes
- Raw Material Collection – Collect agricultural, forestry, and industrial biomass waste.
- Crushing – Reduce the material to the required size using chippers, shredders, or hammer mills.
- Drying – Lower the moisture content to 8–12% using flash or rotary dryers.
- Briquetting – Compress the material under high pressure to form dense briquettes using natural lignin as a binder.
- Shaping & Cooling – Shape the briquettes and cool them to enhance strength and durability.
- Packaging – Pack the finished briquettes or supply them in bulk for industrial use.
