How to Produce Pellet
  • Raw Material Collection – Collect agricultural, forestry, and industrial biomass waste.
  • Crushing – Reduce the material to the required size using chippers, shredders, or hammer mills.
  • Drying – Lower the moisture content to 8–12% using flash or rotary dryers.
  • Pellet – Compress the material under high pressure to form dense pellets using natural lignin as a binder.
  • Shaping & Cooling – Shape the biomass pellet and cool them to enhance strength and durability.
  • Packaging – Pack the finished biomass pellets or supply them in bulk for industrial use.
